Our Story
Kaveh brings more than 30 years in construction, from working as an electrician to leading projects and coordinating the people on site. That hands-on background shapes how PHIINX approaches a job: understand what needs to be built, work through the details and keep the people involved informed.
He re-established PHIINX in 2026 with a clear purpose: make building and caring for a property easier to manage, with one point of accountability and attention to the long-term value of the investment.
