Our Story

From hands-on construction to one point of accountability.

PHIINX is a small Calgary company led by Kaveh. We bring project planning, construction coordination and property care together through one point of accountability. Kaveh's background as an electrician and project leader shapes how we connect the people and work around each project.

In Kaveh's words

The power behind every project.

For more than 30 years, I have worked in the construction industry as an electrician and project leader.

Electricians are among the first on site, bringing power that allows other trades to perform their work. At project completion, electricians are often the last trade to energize the building and reveal the work completed by everyone else.

During those years I developed relationships with architects, engineers, project managers, inspectors, developers, property managers, municipal authorities and virtually every trade involved in constructing and maintaining buildings.

PHIINX Project Inc. was created to bring those relationships together and provide clients with one trusted source for project planning, construction coordination, technical services, property support and facility solutions.

We help connect all the pieces so projects move forward with confidence.

Why PHIINX exists

A company built around the whole life of a property.

Kaveh re-established PHIINX in 2026 to offer a cost-conscious way to build, with attention to how the property will be used and maintained over time. The work can begin with an idea or an existing building that needs attention, and continue through construction into maintenance and future improvements.

The concentric layers in the PHIINX mark express that idea. The concept sits at the centre; the people, decisions and services come together around it. Plan, Build, Connect and Maintain describe the different kinds of support a project may need, with one point of accountability connecting them.

Working together

What working with Kaveh looks like.

The first conversation is about what you need, where the work will take place and what you hope to achieve. From there, we review the job with you and explain the proposed scope, estimated cost and timing before getting started.

During the work, Kaveh keeps you updated and coordinates the people involved. If the plan changes, we discuss what that means for the schedule and cost. After completion, PHIINX can help with maintenance and repairs as the property's needs develop.

Experience in practice

Bringing a working business together under one roof.

For Supply & Apply Canada's Calgary renovation and relocation, Kaveh and the team took on a building around a century old with several different spaces to deliver: a warehouse, shop, offices, showroom and training area.

A core, hands-on team carried the work from start to finish, including custom epoxy floors. Completed in 2026, the project gave the business a new Calgary location ready to move into. It is a practical example of coordinating different construction needs around one purpose: a space ready for the people using it.
